For starters, a commitment to hard work. An appreciation and understanding that hard work is the foundation of a life well-lived. And a well-run company. Hard work is one of the key threads that knitted our nation and it is the glue that will keep us together. To say 2020 has been a challenge is an understatement. There are no words to express the deep impact American businesses, both owners and employees, have endured so far and what we must be willing to accomplish to thrive again.
